I've never been to this fitness center, you can tell by looking at me that I've never been to any fitness center. But I know the locals love it. They have a "fitness family" per say. I know one of the owners pretty well, and he's dedicated to helping out to get people fit. I don't know all fitness options locally, but I would recommend this place to others. I always hear positive things about it.
