Recently stayed for a long weekend while visiting the Wild Museum. Room was a bit dated, but was CLEAN. Ownership takes a great deal of pride in hotel. It is literally around the corner from the museum. Room was big enough for a family of 4, and the pool was great. If we go back to the museum, we would be staying here again.
Reception was super nice and helpful! The water pressure, temperature of the room, and cleanliness were great! It’s also just around the corner from the Wild Center. The WiFi was spotty and sometimes wouldn’t have signal. The beds were a little stiff and uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was small but great for myself even though I dislike breakfast and sometimes a picky eater. I would most likely stay here again if I was in the area.
Recently stayed at Shaheen's -- was pleased all around - nice & clean room, great service, good breakfast - and reasonably priced
Shaheen's Adirondack Inn was very nice. It was very clean, had a continental breakfast and the staff was very nice and helpful. They have some games you can play in the yard and they also have some bicycles you can use if you want to go for a ride. The price was very reasonable for it being July 4th and last minute. We would definitely stay there again if we are up that way.
My husband, mom and I stayed at Shaheen's again last week and it was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and it was quiet. I was especially happy with the comfortable bed. I haven't had a good night's sleep like that in years!
